After a challenging year navigating the impacts of Covid, our global team at Kendo faced an exciting task from the executive team: creating holiday gifts for 800 employees. The catch was that each gift had to represent the distinct identity of every brand within the Kendo Family and recognize their top performers. With budget constraints in mind, I embarked on designing a custom experience-forward mailer that exuded charm and excitement. To add a special touch, we collaborated with LVMH/Chandon to include a delightful bubbly treat and partnered with smaller brands to ensure the gifts were not only beautiful but also ethically produced. The end result was a thoughtfully crafted and truly memorable holiday gift that reflected the diversity and success of the Kendo Family.
