Overseeing two major B2B trade show events programs within the healthcare industry, I helped to orchestrate the success of "VMX 2024" in Orlando, Florida and "WVC 2024” in Las Vegas, Nevada. By utilizing a modular 60x60 footprint, visitors to the Chewy Health booth were able to win prizes, enjoy product demos, connect with our onsite Veterinarians, and even enjoy a cup of complimentary specialty coffee. At VMX, we announced Chewy Vet Care services and hosted a VIP event, resulting in over 22,000 leads from the attendance of 15,000+ healthcare professionals. Similarly, at WVC, we unveiled cutting-edge healthcare technology, and conducted live demos, among the 7000+ attendees. Throughout the event life cycle, I managed end-to-end execution, coordinated travel logistics for 50-65 staff members per event, oversaw a $750,000 budget, negotiated vendor contracts achieving cost savings of 15%, and supervised production management ensuring adherence to brand standards. Additionally, I established comprehensive education and communication guidelines for consistent brand representation, conducted workshops for team members, and regularly communicated with senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for future growth.
