
‘What Connects it All’ Hero Video
At BNY’s End of Year Live All-Hands we wanted to open the meeting with a hype video intended to capture a year of milestones and progress. Over two months, we collaborated with 18 employees across six global offices to shoot and edit the video, ensuring diverse representation and a cohesive narrative. The video celebrated key achievements, from our 240th-anniversary global celebrations and refreshed brand debut to exciting new business wins and innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of global financial systems. Almost all of the footage featured was shot exclusively and this video uses very minimal stock. It highlighted the energy, excitement, and drive of our global team, which is not only recognized across the industry but deeply felt within our organization. Looking ahead to 2025, the message was clear: We've only just begun.

Video Series “The Principles”
I produced a compelling video series consisting of x1 hero video, x5 core principle videos, and x5 social cuts, encapsulating the firm's core operating"Principles," which articulate the essence of our brand's ethos. These videos were used as a cornerstone for an internal Communications campaign aimed at bolstering employee engagement and awareness around the 5 Principles. Moreover, they were strategically leveraged for social media outreach and recruitment initiatives. The productive involved extensive interviews conducted across four pivotal office hubs—London, New York City, Pittsburgh, and Chennai—spanning x4 intensive days. Despite a demanding timeline, we successfully delivered the project in less than five weeks.

BNY Brand refresh
I played a critical role on the core operating team, representing the brand and creative departments in a significant initiative: revitalizing our brand logo and name from BNY Mellon to the shorthand ‘BNY’. This update aimed to convey trust, resilience, and innovation while consolidating our offerings and capabilities under a unified brand identity. My responsibilities included spearheading the transformation of all creative assets from the old logo to the new brand standards. Collaborating with a diverse team of senior and junior designers, I conducted an extensive audit resulting in over 100+ updates to critical assets across the organization. Additionally, I managed an external agency to standardize and refresh key assets tailored to each line of business within BNY.

Insite ‘24 Flagship Conference
INSITE 24 is a premier financial services conference that unites thought leaders, financial professionals, and industry experts to explore the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the sector. This event promises a dynamic and enriching experience, fostering invaluable networking opportunities and professional growth for all attendees.
As a creative producer for INSITE 24, I supported the design vision, collaborating with a senior designer to craft the conference’s distinctive look and feel. I was responsible for maintaining the integrity of multiple deliverables such as interior and exterior elevations at the venue, branded materials for various business lines, captivating backdrops and photo moments, clear directional signage, striking expo hall graphics, and the main stage design. Additionally, I oversaw the production of video content for the general sessions, ensuring a visually cohesive and engaging event experience. In the end, I worked with 7 agency partners and multiple cross-functional teams at BNY and consider my first in-house flagship corporate event program a major success!
